Sundried Tomato and Feta dressing

Great on salad, chicken, or fish


  • 4 whole sundried tomatoes
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp feta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh or freeze dried basil
  • cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Let sundried tomatoes soak in the hot water for at least 1 hour to soften.
  2. Add all ingredients (including the water the tomatoes were soaking in) into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth

Serving size 1 tbsp. Will last in the fridge in a sealed container for 2 weeks
