Peaches and Cream Chia Pudding

Breakfast or Dessert?? You decide!

Serves 4


2 cups coconut milk

2 peaches, pitted and chopped

1/2 cup chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup
– Blend together the peaches, maple syrup and coconut milk
– Stir in chia seeds
– Store in fridge overnight to allow it to thicken
Optional: Blend again before serving to breakdown the chia seeds. This helps to create a smoother consistency for the pudding
