24 Aug PB & J Smoothie
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (can substitute any other nut butter)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. I like Vega or Manitoba Harvest.
Tip: add the chia seeds and almond milk to the blender first. This gives the chia seeds a bit more time to absorb some of the liquid and helps to thicken the smoothie.
