Creole Salmon


  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • ½ tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tsp paprika


Mix all spices together in bowl

Arrange salmon in oven safe casserole dish (I like to lightly grease the pan with butter, so you get a bit of buttery flavour in the salmon – this is optional)

Season salmon with mixed seasoning. You may have some extra seasoning left over, just store it in an airtight container for next time

Bake at 400F for 30 minutes or until Salmon is cooked through. It should be moist and flaky when you cut into it. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
