
24 Aug Banana Blueberry Smoothie
Add All ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond milk, coconut milk, etc)
- 1 tsp ground flax seeds
Note: Any of these can be prepared the night before – just add a teaspoon of chia seeds into the mix to help retain the thick consistency.
