This is a great option to replace oatmeal. It has a similar taste but higher protein content, so it’ll give you a boost of energy and keep you feeling full longer.
- ½ cup quinoa
- ¼ cup dried unsweetened cranberries (sugar free)
- ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- Cinnamon to taste
Cook quinoa according to package directions. Top with the other ingredients.
