Banana Berry Chia Pudding (Yes, you can have pudding for breakfast!)

Mix all ingredients in blender, place into sealable jar or container and leave in fridge overnight to thicken.


  • 1  cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries (frozen works, just run under warm water to slightly defrost. Drain before adding to blender)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Top with fruit and/or nuts before eating
